No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code. All our cleaners are vetted, trusted professionals. However, you're welcome to be home if you prefer.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the area for free, no questions asked.

Booking & Scheduling

You can book online through our quote form, call us at 0210 249 2102, or email us at admin@prestigeprocleaning.co.nz. We'll confirm your booking within 2 hours during business hours.
For regular cleaning, we prefer 24-48 hours notice. For one-off or deep cleans, we recommend booking 3-5 days in advance. However, we offer same-day service subject to availability.
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without any fees. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Yes, we're available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. There may be a small surcharge for public holiday bookings.

Pricing & Payment

We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, and online payment. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Yes! We offer discounts for: regular weekly/fortnightly bookings (10-15% off), referrals ($50 credit), seniors (10% off), and multiple services booked together.
Yes, we have a minimum charge of 2 hours for most services. This ensures our team can provide thorough, quality cleaning.

Cleaning Services

Our regular cleaning includes: vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink), kitchen cleaning (counters, stovetop, sink), and general tidying. We can customize based on your needs.
Regular cleaning maintains cleanliness with routine tasks. Deep cleaning is more intensive, including: inside cabinets, behind appliances, detailed baseboard cleaning, grout scrubbing, and hard-to-reach areas.
Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and eco-friendly products. If you prefer us to use your products, just let us know.
Absolutely! Many of our clients prefer this. We can arrange a key pickup, use a lockbox, or you can provide us with an access code.

End of Lease Cleaning

Yes! We offer a bond-back guarantee. If your property manager finds any cleaning issues, we'll return and re-clean those areas for free.
It depends on property size: 1-bedroom (3-4 hours), 2-bedroom (4-6 hours), 3-bedroom (6-8 hours), 4+ bedroom (8-12 hours).
Yes! Our end of lease cleaning package includes professional carpet steam cleaning for all carpeted areas.
Yes, we clean interior windows as part of our end of lease package. Exterior window cleaning can be added for an additional fee.
